From the second we are born to the time we die, we learn that ethics in life are extremely important and each individual cannot live without them. We constantly use ethics to distinguish what is right and what is wrong, and what is moral or immoral. Although we are constantly taught different ethics, ethical responsibilities in teams are often not discussed until you are a student or a part of workforce. Now you may be thinking, what does ethics have to do with being in a team? Well, there are many reasons why but here is one: teams cannot be 100 percent functional if team members don't give their full attention or if team members are unethical.Tomorrow I am going to examine the visible ethical responsibilities in my classroom and work place and then tell you my results in my next post. Actually, why don't you do that too? Then we can share our results and see if ethics really are that important. Until next time, stay ethical.
